1. Company Information

2. Orders & Confirmation
An order shall be deemed legally binding only upon receipt of full payment. Dispatch of goods does not constitute acceptance unless payment has been confirmed.

3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of VAT. In the event of pricing errors, if the listed price is lower than the correct price, the lower price shall apply.

4. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event of stock shortages, customers may choose to wait for restock or request a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Plant Grow Malta shall not be held liable for delays caused by couriers, third-party logistics providers, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds
Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability
Plant Grow Malta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, delays in delivery, or errors beyond its control.
